Efficient service installing new wheels. The work was done ahead of time and the vehicle was returned as clean as when I dropped it off. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I have already recommended them to my friends and family.

Tom is a great mechanic, my car was done and out of the shop in less than 24 hours. Prices are reasonable. Miles helped me understand what was wrong with my car, and was honest to me about what actually needed to be fixed and what could wait a little longer.

After a disappointing visit at another auto shop, I decided to take my Altima to JAM for CV axle joint. (Which I passed almost everyday on my commute home). They were very friendly and upfront about the process and timeframe . I had to leave it overnight and was done around lunch time. They fixed and it was very reasonable priced . I would recommend anyone .

The first time I've truly trusted a mechanic! When you can't even trust your own car dealership, it's refreshing to find honest, hardworking people like Miles and Chris. They were professional, transparent, and genuinely cared about doing the job right. I highly recommend them!

Not only was Miles polite and kind to me, him and the young man did a great job with my vehicle, in a very timely manner. I'm also very satisfied with the pricing. For now on I'm going to be loyal like a dog, and recommend them to everyone I know that needs ANY work done. Thanx JAM Best-One. Sincerely, David Laster
